Lamibel®MDO-PE
Lamibel®MDO-PE allows us to minimise film thickness, optimising its performance and achieving a substitute for other types of materials such as PP or PET, facilitating the final packaging’s recyclability.
Lamibel®Recycled
This mono-material packaging is produced by more than 50% post-consumer recycled material and is suitable for non-food products. Circular economy in its purest form.
Lamibel®Laminate
Solvent-free two- and three-layer laminates, with and without barrier materials. Another of our flexible film solutions with multiple uses in different industrial sectors.

Specialised in film extrusion
Extrusion process is one of the most important techniques when transforming plastic into a consumer good. At Walki Plasbel we are pioneers in the extrusion field thanks to our technology applied when processing and manufacturing multiple products, one of our main advantages in this market!
In-house laboratory to guarantee material quality and consistency
We have our own laboratory where all our products are manufactured and tested according to a series of criteria and quality controls. We use:
- High precision spectrometers to analyse the material composition.
- Reels and lamination, using approved materials and we carry out tests once we receive the material at our facilities.
- Use of approved inks and colours registered by series and product.
- Before printing, we carry out a corona treatment test and colourimetry ink check.

High performance flexible packaging
We have our own production lines with the latest breakthrough in different qualities on flexible and laminated film. We aim to provide our customers with high quality, rigid and temperature resistant packaging with an enhanced food product barrier protection and integrity. All to guarantee food preservation.
Solvent-free laminates
Solvent-free laminates in two and three layers, with specific EVOH barrier materials: PE, PP or PET with (AlOx) or (SiOx) for the packaging of high, medium and low barrier products.
